Clinic Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ALL SALES FINAL.  We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged or do not fit properly. All items must be in their original packaging and fit for resale.  ALL FOOD ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ANY FOOD PRODUCTS.

In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, please contact us at 780-939-4419 within 48 hours of receipt of order with details of the products and defect/damage.

 

If there is a discrepancy in size, an exchange may be issued for the same product, in a different size, providing the item is still in it's original packaging and fit for resale.  

e.g. collars, leashes, clothing, etc. within 5 business days of receipt without any additional charges.

After 5 business days, all exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Seasonal items are not eligible for exchange.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN SALEABLE CONDITION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EXCHANGE. IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, THE ITEM WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED!
